Third-Party Penetration Test
Third-party penetration testing was performed on RIC's Web-based administration system to assess its vulnerability to unauthorized access to data in the system. The report concludes that no vulnerabilities were found that could be exploited from an unauthenticated perspective.

Our business continuity planning demonstrates an active approach to worst case contingencies that might affect our service to customers.
SAS 70 Audit
RIC has contracted with McGladrey & Pullen, a well-known accounting and auditing firm to perform a SAS 70 audit in 2007. Initial work began in January 2007. A SAS 70 audit reflects our commitment to conforming to and documenting compliance with those aspects of Gramm-Leach-Bliley that result from our vendor relationship to our clients.
